Sorry for the confusion, the dashed lines are on the picture in &quot;Additional information&quot; at the beginning of the tutorial. You can take at look at it to guide your cutting. It is always better to have too much seam allowance than not enough, as you can cut the excess. 
I had to remove the seam allowance from the pattern so the pieces would fit into an A4 paper size. 
What I would recommend is to cut the pieces as they are, put them onto the fabric, and cut all around leaving at least 1 centimetre of seam allowance. For the safety joints, the diameter of the largest disk is 35 mm. If yours are larger, they may not fit well into the teddy bear. Hope it helps :)]]></description>
